Kristina and Steven Pajevic are the husband and wife co-owners behind Crystal Clean Green Cleaning and Home Watch by Crystal Clean.
Since founding Crystal Clean Green Cleaning in 2012, they have built their businesses around a simple principle: trust has to be earned through consistency, communication, accountability, and how you take care of people when they are counting on you.
Their professional backgrounds span business ownership, insurance, operations, customer service, management, and residential services. That experience shapes how Home Watch by Crystal Clean operates today.
