These website terms do not replace an individual Home Watch service agreement. When a client enters into a separate written service agreement with Home Watch by Crystal Clean, that agreement controls the specific services, pricing, schedule, responsibilities, and other terms of the client relationship.

The exact services provided to each client are determined by the client's service plan or separate written agreement.

Home Watch Is Not a Home Inspection

Home Watch services are not licensed home inspection services.

Our visits are designed to observe readily visible changes, conditions, or concerns while a property owner is away.

Home Watch by Crystal Clean does not provide a professional opinion regarding the structural, electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, engineering, environmental, or overall condition of a property as a licensed home inspector or other licensed professional would.

If we observe something that appears to require professional evaluation, repair, or additional attention, we may notify the client and recommend contacting an appropriately qualified professional.

Home Watch Is Not a Guarantee

Home Watch services reduce the amount of time a property may go without observation, but they cannot prevent every problem.

Home Watch by Crystal Clean does not guarantee that scheduled visits will prevent, discover, or eliminate every instance of:

• Water intrusion
• Plumbing failure
• HVAC failure
• Electrical problems
• Mold or environmental conditions
• Pest activity
• Storm damage
• Theft
• Vandalism
• Trespassing
• Appliance failure
• Structural damage
• Landscaping problems
• Pool or spa problems
• Vehicle problems
• Other property damage or loss

Conditions may develop between scheduled visits or may not be readily visible during a visit.

Homeowners remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, security systems, maintenance arrangements, utilities, and professional services for their property.

Not a Security or Emergency Monitoring Service

Home Watch by Crystal Clean is not a security company, alarm monitoring company, law enforcement service, fire monitoring service, or emergency response provider.

Scheduled Home Watch visits should not be used as a replacement for appropriate security systems, alarm monitoring, emergency services, property insurance, or professional maintenance.

If an emergency is observed during a scheduled visit, we may take reasonable steps based on the circumstances and the client's instructions, including contacting the client, an authorized representative, emergency services, or an appropriate service provider.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property as required for scheduled services.

Access arrangements may include:

• Keys
• Gate access
• Smart locks
• Alarm instructions
• Community access procedures
• Authorized entry instructions

Clients are responsible for informing us of changes that may affect property access.

If we cannot access the property as scheduled, the visit may be considered attempted or completed according to the terms of the client's service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information necessary to perform Home Watch services.

This may include:

• Property access information
• Emergency contacts
• Travel information relevant to service
• Vendor contacts
• Alarm procedures
• Special property instructions
• Vehicle instructions
• Plant care instructions
• Utility information
• Known property concerns
• Changes affecting the home or scheduled service

Clients should notify us promptly when important information changes.

Reports, Photos and Documentation

Home Watch visits may be documented through:

• Written reports
• Photographs
• Videos
• Notes
• Observations
• Action items
• Communications

Reports are intended to document what was readily observable during the visit.

They are not engineering reports, inspection reports, certifications, warranties, or guarantees regarding the condition of the property.

Property reports and photographs are treated as client information and are not publicly used to identify or promote an active Home Watch property without appropriate permission.

Vendor Access and Coordination

Clients may authorize Home Watch by Crystal Clean to provide access to or communicate with contractors, vendors, service providers, delivery personnel, or other authorized individuals.

Our role may include:

• Providing authorized property access
• Meeting a vendor
• Confirming arrival or departure
• Documenting visible work progress
• Communicating observations to the client
• Helping coordinate appointments

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, Home Watch by Crystal Clean is not the contractor performing the vendor's work and does not guarantee or warrant the workmanship, licensing, pricing, scheduling, conduct, or performance of an independent vendor.

The client remains responsible for selecting and approving independent contractors and vendors.

Storm Related Services

Storm preparation and post storm services may be available depending on scheduling, property location, conditions, staffing, access, and safety.

No storm service can guarantee that a property will avoid damage.

Home Watch by Crystal Clean may suspend, delay, modify, or cancel property visits when travel or property access would place our team at unreasonable risk.

Safety conditions may include:

• Hurricanes
• Tropical storms
• Flooding
• Tornado warnings
• Dangerous winds
• Road closures
• Evacuation orders
• Government restrictions
• Unsafe property conditions

Service will resume when reasonably safe and practical.

Vehicles, Plants and Other Property

Certain Home Watch plans may include vehicle checks, vehicle starting, plant care, mail handling, or similar property support.

These services are performed according to client instructions and the agreed service plan.

Home Watch by Crystal Clean cannot guarantee:

• Vehicle battery condition
• Vehicle mechanical condition
• Plant survival or health
• Mail delivery performance
• Package carrier performance
• Pool or landscaping performance
• The condition of property maintained by third parties

Concerns observed during a visit will be communicated when appropriate.

Cleaning Services

Cleaning services requested through Home Watch by Crystal Clean may be performed or coordinated through Crystal Clean Green Cleaning.

Cleaning services may be subject to separate service terms, pricing, scheduling, and availability.

Scheduling and Service Frequency

Available Home Watch schedules may include daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, seasonal, or customized service depending on availability and the client's needs.

Actual visit schedules and service frequency are established through the client's service arrangement.

We may vary visit times when appropriate to avoid establishing an unnecessarily predictable pattern.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing depends on the services requested, property needs, visit frequency, location, additional services, and other relevant circumstances.

Any pricing shown or discussed before a service agreement is finalized is subject to confirmation.

Payment requirements, billing schedules, additional charges, cancellation terms, and other financial obligations are governed by the client's current service agreement, estimate, invoice, or other written terms.

Service Availability

Home Watch services are subject to:

• Scheduling availability
• Property accessibility
• Staffing
• Safety
• Weather conditions
• Service compatibility
• Other operational considerations

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service when appropriate, subject to any existing contractual obligations.
